Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

General

1.1 All classes, tickets, modules, online courses, products, and goods sold by eHati International Sdn Bhd are subject to this refund policy.

Refunds for Classes, Tickets, Modules, and Online Courses

2.1 Customers may request a refund for a class, ticket, module, or online course purchased from eHati International Sdn Bhd if they are unable to attend or access due to circumstances beyond their control.

2.2 Customers must notify eHati International Sdn Bhd of their inability to attend or access at least 7 days before the start of the class, event, module, or online course.

2.3 eHati International Sdn Bhd will investigate the request and may offer a refund, credit, or transfer to a future class, event, module, or online course, depending on the circumstances.

2.4 If a refund is offered, it will be made by direct transfer to the customer’s bank account within 14 working days.

Refunds for Products and Goods

2.5 Customers may request a refund for a product or good purchased from eHati International Sdn Bhd if the item is damaged, faulty, or not as described.

2.6 Customers must notify eHati International Sdn Bhd of their dissatisfaction with a product or good within 7 days of receiving the item.

2.7 eHati International Sdn Bhd will investigate the request and may offer a refund, credit, or a replacement product or good, depending on the circumstances.

2.8 If a refund is offered for a product or good, it will be made by direct transfer to the customer’s bank account within 14 working days.

Exclusions

3.1 Refunds will not be issued for classes, tickets, modules, or online courses that have already been attended or used.

3.2 Refunds will not be issued for classes, tickets, modules, or online courses that have been canceled or rescheduled by eHati International Sdn Bhd due to circumstances beyond their control, unless otherwise mentioned by the company.

3.3 Refunds will not be issued for classes, tickets, modules, or online courses that are part of a bundle or package deal.

3.4 Refunds will not be issued for classes, tickets, modules, or online courses that are purchased for another person.

3.5 Complimentary programmes, merchandise, or services are not eligible for refund or exchange.

3.6 Refunds will not be issued for products or goods that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are no longer in their original packaging.

Exchange

4.1 There is no exchange policy for classes, tickets, modules, or online courses purchased from eHati International Sdn Bhd.

4.2 Customers may request an exchange for a product or good if it is damaged, faulty, or not as described, within 7 days of receiving the item. eHati International Sdn Bhd reserves the right to accept or deny exchange requests at their discretion.

Cancellation

5.1 Customers may cancel their class, ticket, module, or online course purchase at any time before the start of the class, event, module, or online course.

5.2 If a customer cancels their purchase within 7 days before the start of the class, event, module, or online course, a 20% administration fee will be.

5.3 If a customer cancels their purchase within 24 hours before the start of the class, event, module, or online course, a 50% administration fee will be charged.

5.4 If a customer cancels their purchase after the start of the class, event, module, or online course, no refund will be issued.

5.5 Customers may cancel their product or good purchase within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A 20% administration fee may be charged for canceled products or good purchases.

Proof of Damage for Products and Goods

6.1 Customers requesting a refund or exchange for a damaged or faulty product or good must provide proof of the damage or fault.

6.2 Acceptable proof of damage or fault may include, but is not limited to, clear photographs or videos of the damaged or faulty item, a detailed description of the issue, or any documentation provided by a certified professional (e.g., repair technician) attesting to the damage or fault.

6.3 eHati International Sdn Bhd reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify the damage or fault of the product or good before processing a refund or exchange.

6.4 If eHati International Sdn Bhd determines, at their sole discretion, that the damage or fault was caused by the customer or due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions provided with the product or good, eHati International Sdn Bhd may refuse the refund or exchange request.
